My comment is directed more towards Eagle as a manufacturer rather than the X70s. I purchased a pair of Eagle X6’s recently and after about 20 times wearing the gloves holes started forming in the fingers. I advised the retailer, who contacted Eagle. Their response was that Vaugn bought Eagle a little over a year ago and any products sold prior to that date were unwarranted. When I called Eagle directly, I was advised that there was apparently a “bad batch” that came out. The gloves that I bought are complete pieces of garbage and the company should be trying to get them out of circulation rather than allowing to enter the stream of commerce. Every time I wear them another hole forms somewhere else in the fingers/palms. There is no way I would ever buy another product manufactured by this company. They should be embarrassed by their lack of commitment to their products.

The Hecc sticker came off causing a problem with the refs…anyone else have this problem? Bauer will take no responsibility for it. The helmet is only a few months old and they won’t do a thing…another $150 bucks now for a new helmet so we can play in the U.S.

these shoulder pads are great!
i have had them for a little bit and played with them a few times.
they move with you perfectly and feel great on my shoulders.
the bicept protecters are great. if im screening in front of the net and get hit with the puck it doesnt hurt anymore.
they fit great and have great rib protection.
i’d buy these pads again and again!

The sherwoods are pretty good but they don’t feel anything like these. Better price though like you said hextall lol.
